Because Ideas Can Be Hot And Cold

Denia, Spain

The thousand sea shades of the Costa Blanca dominate the external spaces, inside, pure white elements match the colours of the earth. This is how we perceive Jofans House, the villa designed by the Antonio Altarriba Comes studio in Denia.

The design process was driven by the desire to maximise the sea view and create a close bond between the outside and the interior.

The outdoor spaces are, in fact, conceived as part of the home itself and merge, as in the living area, with the interior structural and decorative elements.

Concrete, natural stone and elm timbers define the three levels on which the building is conceived, comprising strategic openings that assist ventilation and the penetration of light onto spaces furnished with an elegant and minimalist style.
