Sadovie Kvartali is an ambitious residential project of four blocks that stand around a central square. The area is completed with a two-level public center to provide residents and guests with all the necessary infrastructures for shopping and entertainment.
The apartment, with an area of 208 square meters, occupies the whole floor and is characterized by a bright space with high ceilings and a wonderful panoramic view. The central composition, where the long corridor acts as a trait d'union between the shared and private areas of the apartment, orders the space around it.

The common areas are composed of: the kitchen, the breakfast area, the dining area, the living room and the spaces dedicated to guests. The kitchen has been divided into two areas: one for the sculptural basin in Carrara marble with golden inserts, in contrast to the CEA taps in Black Diamond satin finish, and the other for the functional part, hidden behind a partition wall covered with ash wood panels.

The sleeping area features the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, the study, a single room and an additional bathroom. The master bedroom is harmonious and holistic thanks to the soft colours and the balance of materials, such as wood, brass and leather. GIOTTO taps in the precious Light Gold satin finish were chosen for the master bathroom, spacious and full of natural light.
