DAV MILANO

Glamour dining

Italy - Milan

DaV Milano, the new restaurant designed and developed by Andrea Maffei for Allianz SpA, presents a glamorous and convivial atmosphere in full harmony with the rich gastronomic proposal of the Cerea family.
The tower has two cores and a long rectangular space in the center. On the north side is the kitchen, on the south side the reception, while the central space develops the restaurant. The outdoor terrace can be reached flanking the long glass facade.

The architectural spaces have been designed using the same finishes in order to not create separation of spaces but rather give the idea of a single fluid space that accompanies the customer to the table. The long panelling in cherry wood, composed of geometric pyramidal motifs, defines the fil rouge of the project, extending to one side of the restaurant and serving as a background to the main room. The chromatic contrast is highlighted not only by the counters covered in ribbed light grey thala stone but also by the flooring and walls covered in piasentina stoneware.

The same materials are also proposed in the bathroom where the CEA electronic taps in stainless steel satin finish guarantee water saving - thanks to the automatic closing of the water - and maximum hygiene, as the opening and closing of the water takes place without contact of the surfaces.
DaV Milano presents itself to guests as an interior project characterized by formal cleanliness, embellished with details that emphasize the aesthetic approach recalling the atmosphere of large cities.
